For its 2014 Editorial Board meeting, IJURR board members will be travelling to Mexico City. For the occasion, we have assembed a new virtual issue on ‘extended’ Latin America, featuring classic articles along with articles published after the launch of our first Virtual Issue on Latin America (edited by Jeremy Seekings in 2012).
